Focus of the seminar
The seminar will share new insights into combatting food fraud and see how you can protect your business. The presentations will focus on recent advances in monitoring, detecting and preventing food fraud. An open discussion will be facilitated on how you can play your part in protecting both your own business and your customers.

Key speakers include Prof Chris Elliott, Queen’s University Belfast, Paul Willgoss, Marks & Spencer and Lynn Patterson, LP Associates.
