Belfast has been named one of the world’s top six food destinations including Sydney, Tokyo and London in High Life magazine’s annual Hot List.
This special half-day conference will discuss Belfast’s current position as a food tourism destination and map out what the food and hospitality industry needs to focus on to enhance the food tourism experience and raise the profile of Belfast and Northern Ireland’s food culture.
Host and themes
Hosted by Xanthe Clay (Daily Telegraph food writer and Great Taste Awards judge), the conference will explore themes including culinary destination marketing, industry collaboration, partnership working and digi-marketing tools for foodies. We'll announce renowned local industry and keynote speakers in early 2015.
