In the context of enhancing interactions with stakeholders and communicating EFSA’s work on regulated products, EFSA organizes a technical meeting to allow an exchange of views regarding scientific issues linked to the new EFSA guidance document under public consultation.
All stakeholders interested in the field of allergenicity assessment (e.g. industry, competent authorities of Member States, academia, public and private research institutes as well as non-governmental organizations and patient’s representatives) are invited to attend.
The overall aim of this technical meeting is the scientific discussion of the EFSA guidance document submitted for public consultation. The topics for discussion in the agenda will be confirmed following the closure of the public consultation and will be prepared in collaboration with the Focus Group members. A detailed draft agenda will be published by the end of October.
Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback and participate in the various discussions following the scientific presentations. EFSA will summarize the discussions of the event in a short report which will be published on EFSA website along with the presentations.
