A Campylobacter workshop will take place at Teagasc Research Centre, Ashtown, Dublin 15 on Friday 21st June 2013. This workshop, entitled ‘Controlling Campylobacter – Latest Developments’ is primarily aimed at the poultry industry and will include presentations on Campylobacter control, carcass decontamination technologies and Campylobacter risk management in the poultry industry.
