These three interactive sessions will look at ways to improve supply chain resilience and effectiveness with a mixture of case studies, debates and handouts.

The topics covered will be tailored to the audience but are planned to include:

  • 10.30 – 11.30: Workshop 1: Designing more effective supply chains
    - European Hub - Is it worth evaluating?
    - Co-opetition - Can it work for distribution to Europe?
    - Smart Supply Chains - How to improve performance using smart systems
  • 11.30 – 12.30: Workshop 2: How to select and manage your logistics partners
    - Service criticality - How should you vary your approach?
    - Procurement process – What are the 7 steps to successful procurement?
    - Risk management – What should you look out for when selecting a partner?
    - Key performance indicators (KPIs) – Are KPIs required and how should they be used?
  • 12.30 – 14.00: One to one sessions

Participants are invited to hold 15 mins confidential supply chain and logistics clinics with Model Logic. Please book these sessions in advance and indicate the area you would like to discuss.
