The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’, a series of free, informal breakfast meetings for food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about. These events are very helpful if you own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.

Our upcoming Breakfast Bite is on: What to expect from your inspector

Philip Devenish (EHO) will outline what you can expect when an Environmental Health Officer carries out an inspection. He will explain what the EHO assesses whilst they are in your business. Philip will explain how the EHO converts their findings into an inspection result. He will also give some hints and tips about how to get the most out of the EHO’s visit and there will be an opportunity to ask Philip questions at the end of his presentation.

As places are limited, early registration is advised.
