Our upcoming Breakfast Bite is on 'Nutrition labelling – the basics'. Anne-Marie Boland (FSAI) will look at EU and Irish nutrition labelling rules, highlighting when nutrition information becomes mandatory. She will show how to present nutrition information on a label and outline the nutrients that must be indicated on food labelling.
At this meeting Anne-Marie will also look at the changes that have been introduced to nutrition labelling requirements in the new EU food information rules
