The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) would like to present ‘Breakfast Bites’,a series of free, informal breakfast meetings for food businesses. Here, we provide useful information on the topics you want to know more about. These events are very helpful if you own or work in a small food business and also for those of you who want to get your new food business off the ground.

Our upcoming Breakfast Bite is on: Labelling for small food producers -what you need to know

Are you a small food producer selling prepacked food? If so, you are required to provide certain labelling information on your products. This meeting will advise small food producers of their labelling requirements. It will cover all of the information that by law, must be declared on the label, regardless of the size of your food business.

As places are limited, early registration is advised.
