The Biotoxin and Chemical Residues in food safefood networks will hold a joint one day Conference themed around ‘climate change and aquaculture' at the Wellington Park Hotel, Belfast on 31 May 2011.
This Conference will bring together researchers, industry and regulators from the aquaculture sector across the Island of Ireland to discuss key topics of interest and concern relating to the impact of climate change upon aquaculture and its produce. Key topics include:
- Current and future concerns in aquaculture;
- Advances in monitoring/surveillance techniques;
- Development and implementation of prevention/control strategies;
- Regulation/Legislation.
