This eSeminar will be broadcast over four days. On each day a 2.5 hr session will comprise a series of presentations given by leading authorities and experts in analysing residues across various matrices.

Separation Science, in collaboration with LGC, has developed an online eSeminar foscusing on new methods and applications in food safety analysis. Taking place in four 2.5 hr sessions, one each on 10, 12, 17 and 19 September, this unique event will bring together some of the leading exponents in food safety analysis and provide an interactive learning environment for scientists working in these fields.

What will you gain from this eSeminar?
You will be provided with a good overview of chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods for the analysis of environmental and processing contaminants in food matrices, together with updates on new methodologies for monitoring and maintaining food quality and authenticity. Experts in these technologies will provide details on sample preparation strategies, liquid and gas chromatographic separation protocols and mass spectrometric detection, as well as highlighting current trends and emerging issues in this important analytical field.
