This conference focuses on providing opportunities for young scientists to present their research in the area of food science and technology. They will be joined by keynote speakers under each theme. At this event, early stage researchers will also be given insights into the exciting career opportunities available in the food area and how to avail of them, through networking and knowledge exchange. An informal conference dinner at the award-winning Holy Smoke restaurant, Cork, will be held on the evening of the 6th December.
The main themes for the 47th Annual Food Science and Technology Conference will be as follows:
