This conference focuses on providing opportunities to young scientists to present their research in the area of food science and technology. They will be joined by international keynote speakers under each theme. At this event, early stage researchers will also be given insights into the exciting career opportunities available in the food area and how to avail of them, through networking and knowledge exchange. A social event will be held on the evening of December 6th.
The main themes of the 46th Annual Food Science and Technology Conference will be as follows:
• Advances in Food Chemistry and Technology
• Food Processing and Technology Innovations
• Food Safety and Quality
• Nutrition and Healthy Ingredients
Abstracts for oral and/or poster presentation on work relevant to these themes are invited. The closing date for abstract submissions is Friday, November 17th.
