The 40th Annual UCC Food Research Conference will be held on Thursday 31st March and Friday 1st April 2011.


Please encourage relevant postgraduate students to submit short abstracts on aspects of Food Research for presentation in oral or poster format. The final date for submission of abstracts is Friday 25th February 2011.

 

This deadline will be strictly adhered to as availability of slots for oral presentations is limited. Abstracts for both oral and poster presentations are to be submitted by email to the Conference Secretariat at fstconference@ucc.ie.

Registration will be on-line at "http://www.ucc.ie/en/fns/Conferences/". The registration fee for academic and postgraduate student delegates is €75. The registration fee for non-academic delegates is €150. All registration fees include conference materials, refreshments, lunches and dinner. The closing date for registration is Friday 18th March 2011.
