In partnership with Ulster University, safefood presented a free webinar on “An assessment of the use of meat thermometers by consumers on the island of Ireland”.

This webinar discussed the results of safefood-funded study on the current perceptions and trends in the use of meat thermometers by consumers on the island of Ireland and included:

  • Consumer attitudes towards meat thermometers and their reported usage behaviour.
  • The barriers and facilitators towards their use.
  • Recommendations for overcoming these barriers.
