BSc in Biology in 2003 from the University of Santiago de Compostela. In 2004 I obtained a research fellowship in the department of Pharmacology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, where completed my PhD on The Effect of Emerging Phycotoxins in Human Neuroblastoma cells in 2009.
From 2008 I´m employed as a researcher in Laboratorio CIFGA where have been highly involved in the pharmacological applications of marine toxins, dinoflagellates culture activities, and R&D management.
My experience includes 12 original articles and 2 reviews published in international scientific journals, have co-authored 2 book chapters about marine toxins and have participated in different international congresses and also have been involved in 13 national and international research projects.
