'Campylobacter Hot Topics'

The safefood Campylobacter Knowledge Networks Annual Conference will take place at Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown on May 17 2013.

Conference presentations will include a review of the risks and benefits of raw cow milk consumption, an EHOs perspective on Campylobacter and a presentation from barrister Ian Thomas on food poisoning claims.
