Listeria monocytogenes in ready to eat foods - Webinar

The safefood Knowledge Network hosted an online webinar on Listeria monocytogenes in ready to eat foods on Thursday 2nd November 2017. Presented by Dr. Bob Madden, this webinar describes a safefood funded research project conducted by the Agri-food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) in which twenty-four food business operators in Northern Ireland participated in a study where ready-to-foods were analysed for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes.
