Experience and expertise in food safety
Simon A. Haughey is currently a Research Fellow in the Institute of Agri Food and Land Use (IAFLU) at Queen’s University Belfast. His research interests include biosensors, sensor surface chemistries, biotoxin analysis, vitamin analysis, chemical residues analysis, spectrometric fingerprinting techniques, food and feed quality and safety, and development and manufacture of in vitro food testing kits.
