      Hi Sarah - I hope all is well with you ! I am looking here for the first time , some familiar names for sure . I have been working away on pathogen risk reduction . In my initial survey of chicken portions , I have not found frequent samples with counts greater than 10 per gram . Perhaps also , there is some die off in high o2 MAP in the mainstream retail channels . Hope to give an update soon , best regards Joseph
