Ph.D in the development of an in vitro bioassay for marine biotoxins - esp. Azaspiracid, also biochemical investigations into the biochemical effects of AZA on human cells. Now I'm a chemist in the PAL service involved in food allergen testing, food compositional testing, food labelling analysis, LIMS administration, Food Legislation consultation, human biomonitoring and general laboratory method accreditation
