To mark the 20th anniversary of the National Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring System (NARMS), scientists from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) published an article in Foodborne Pathogens and Disease that describes how NARMS helps us understand resistance in bacteria transmitted commonly through food.
